This was my first time ever going to The Grill the food is really good oh yes I will be back soon

This establishment offers Barbecue Brisket and that's a personal favorite of mine...you guys should try it.... Check out Brooks he is the Man, and the salad's are excellent... 😊

The Grille’s food is amazingly good!!!! They have catered my team’s lunch for the past 2 Mondays in a row. Food was freshly prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by our staff. Their catering is a must for groups and company events!

OMG the Grille is so awesome. The staff is helpful and always polite when takin ur order and givin u ur order and store is clean as well. Way to go the Grille at Hickory hill.

The food is always good never disappointed, ribs very tender, chicken wings good too. The desserts are great.

Very good chicken on stick and grilled wings. Everything was seasoned to perfection, just how I like it. Just need to add more fries.

I have visited the Grill twice this week. Each time the food was excellent (hence the the 2 visits) and so was the customer service. Both times I had the grilled wings and chicken on a stick. I have recommended this restaurant to my friends and family, and those who have gone have reported similar pleasant experiences.

If i could give them O, 42 dollars for cold food, wrong food, freezer burned food, will never return unfortunately they seemed unbothered just took food and reheated or did it keep in mind we waited originally 45mins to an hour

I am sorry to report. I was not impressed at all. This was my first time here last Wednesday afternoon. My order was two number 1 specials. The chicken was dried out and hard. It appeared to have been previously cooked and stored in the walk-in and of course microwaved. I thought you all served fresh off the grill food. The lies you tell. The chicken on both plates were below subpar. My mothers okra was burnt. Please hire someone who cares about your product and the customers. I was not happy at all to spend my money that way.

The restaurant was very cold! Everyone was bundled up and covering their heads. Not comfortable for eating in. Also long wait time even if you call in your order. Food was good..tasty.

I went there for a quick lunch 7/31/19. Took 30 min+ plus just to get the salmon salad. Finally got it and boy did I get it alright. About an hour after I finished my salad my stomach began to roll. I spent the next 6 hours close to a toilet with a severe case of diarrhea and stomach cramps 1st and last time for me.

My Experience at the Grill was just like visiting a relative. And the food is like granmoma cooking.

The griilled chicken wings and chicken on a stick are delicious and seasoned to perfection! I recommend the fried okra, potato salad, seasoned fries or baked beans as sides. They are consistent and I have always been pleased with my orders.

On Feb 12, 2020, I ordered fried rice with shrimp okra, catfish and a slice of caramel cake with my meal. I didnt know that CHICKEN came with the fried rice WITH SHRIMP no matter how you order it considering that I'm allergic to chicken. THIS NEEDS TO BE DISPLAYED ON THE MENU. I ordered okra and sent it back because it was overseasoned and salty. I asked them to remake it with little or no seasoning, and they handed me the same okra I got the first time. I was so disappointed and I had high expectations for this place. I won't be back. I feel like I wasted my money. I guess everyone was ready to leave since it was 8pm. Oh well...no more me or my FedEx Coworkers

Grill salmon salad is the bomb.😋😋😋😋😋

My experience was so good that I visited for lunch and then again at dinner. The food was good and the customer service wasn't bad. Long as they keep it up, I will continue to come.

I came yesterday for 1st time with a friend & great service but 2day I come back with another friend & services was terrible but they were different people on this day hard over cooked fries & they put seasoned on them so I had 2 wait 5 minutes or more for better fries etc I'm bout 2 say forget the fries because I ate my other food & they still haven't made fries its bout almost 10 minutes now & my friend is threw with his food & besides these people working 2day have a lil attitude but yesterday those people where very nice & now they bring out a lil bit order of fries I give up

Ordered turkey ribs, beef brisket bbq plate, chicken egg rolls, grilled jumbo shrimp, and cake. Turkey ribs were great. Beef brisket sandwich was good. Got bbq spaghetti as sides for both meals. Bbq spaghetti comes in sample cups, which is a rip off. The jumbo shrimp look like regular shrimp. I did a call in and I was told my food would be ready within 35 mins. I ended up waiting an extra 35 mins after I arrived. The price for the food isn't worth it. I give it a one star because the turkey ribs(3 pieces of a rib) and beef brisket was good

1st time visit was excellent. I was definitely pleased with my order (turkey burger/season fries) and exceptional customer service. The young lady at the register was very polite and helpful. I even tipped after my order. Also, very clean atmosphere. Will be returning soon. Thanks!

I was not impressed and I really wanted to be. I stopped at this location for lunch for BBQ but after I was told the special of the day was Grilled Salmon salad, I got that. Thinking salmon doesn't take long to sear, I would be in and out quickly considering there were only 2 other people in the restuarant. Fourty (40)minutes later, my box of iceberg lettuce, cheese, one egg, tomatoe, and thin piece of salmon was ready. Not quite the value for $13 w/tax. It wasn't a great salad, it was just okay. The salmon was cooked and seasoned well. 🤷‍♀️

The chicken was overcooked and dry. The grilled veggies were good. They are usually good. But today they were not. I'm not satisfied at all. I wish I could post a picture. 🤮Waste of money.

07/22/2019The pork ribs were Delicious, loved the grill corn on cob.They sold out of pulled pork shoulder, but I definitely will be back for that.We will be back for the Specials that's served on Sunday's The owner's are so courteous & took time to come greet us.If you haven't been there. SHAME ON U

You have got to go there. Food is always cooked to go, or stay. It's not a fast food place, but good fresh food. So if you are in hurry and your order is wrong. Don't say I didn't tell you, relax and enjoy your meal.

Me and my boyfriend came here about a week or two ago and ordered wings, fries and chicken on the stick. The food was great and the customer service was as well. I ended up leaving my purse there and my boyfriend came back the next day and it was in the same spot thankfully.

Great customer service. My mother and I love the chicken on a stick and fried okra. Our weekly go to eatery.
